To answer your question, some people have a nephew with a lot of %, and when their nephew have a pack+, they have one too. That's why some persons have a lot of pack+ until now.

Those who have a high % have their computer on all the time, this is the only way! If you want to see your % grow, you have to leave your computer on, and enter the codes when you're asked so as to show that you're in font of your computer... Personnally, my rate is 57,98 while some have already earned one or two pack+!!

Maybe it depend of the day. If you run your bar at 12 o'clock maybe you will get more % than 23 o'clock. But i'm not sur.
